We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. We do not current accept American Express or Discover.

We accept payment by check. We do not ship orders until the check has cleared the banking system. Please contact us if you wish to pay with a purchase order.

Your billing address must match the address your credit card statement is sent to. If it does not your order will not process. You must enter the CVV on the back of your card for your order to process. The CVV is the number is the three digit number on the back of your credit card near where you sign the card.

A minimum order amount of $15.00 is required in order to checkout.

We sell our products nationally. If you are a local garden center, greenhouse nursery, or hardware store please be sure to see our Volume Discount sections for both the Nutri-Pak time release fertilizers and Bobbex Repellents. Contact us for reduced/no cost shipping when purchasing 6 or more cases.

Warranty and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products only the original manufactures warranty applies to the product.

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects. All claims for defects must be made upon receipt. Defective merchandise can be returned with prior authorization for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking charge and customer paid freight. All merchandise must be returned in original unopened container.

Subject to the limitation of liability herein set forth, Johnsons Way warrants that the fertilizer, repellents or other merchandise sold are as described on the container, within recognized tolerances.
